Community Report We serve individuals and families living in Austin Texas at our below 40% median Family Income (HUD). Our program is stationed at the Huntington Meadows Apartment Complex with support from Pinnacle Management Company Huntington Meadows is a 200 unit Apartment complex. 150 of the units are State of Texas Low Income Housing Tax Credit Units. These units are affordable to low income families many of whom are below 30% of the Austin Median Family Income. In low income communities many residents are single Female head of households with dependant children. Our services are available out side of the complex. We have between 5 and 15 families weekly that request emergency food from our food pantry. We provide a lunch through the city of Austin Parks And Recreation Department for an average of 30 children per day. We provide activities for 15-35 children Mon-Thurs from 9:00 am- 12:00 pm. From five to 15 residents attend our monthly meetings to identify opportunities for community strength building.
